Besiktas fans threw bottles at Wenger

Arsenal has complained of attacks by Besiktas fans on the club’s manager, Arsene Wenger after the Champions League game between both sides in Istanbul on Tuesday.
Both teams played out a 0-0 draw in a game that saw Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey sent off after a second yellow card.
Besiktas manager, Slaven Bilic was also sent to the stands after an altercation with the referee and it is believed that UEFFA disciplinary committee will take action against the coach.

UEFA is also expected to investigate Wenger’s claims and if they found substantial evidence to back the Frenchman’s complaint then a section of the stadium could be closed in future European engagement.
Speaking to reporters after the match, Besiktas boss apologized for his behaviour during the game stressing that his emotions got the better of him.
“I have apologised to Mr Wenger and the referee. I just wasn't happy with some of the decisions. No hard feelings - I made a mistake.  Maybe I overreacted in that situation but nothing serious happened. I see no reason for me not to be in the dugout in London,” Basic said.
